Text Messaging (SMS) Communications
Program description. When you call us and we are unable to answer, we may respond to your call with a text message. If you reply, you may engage in a text conversation with our automated messaging assistant, which can answer questions about our services, service area, and policies, and collect details about your request (such as your name, address, project details, and availability). Our text messaging is conversational and responsive to your inquiry. We do not send unsolicited marketing or promotional text messages.
Consent. By calling our business number and/or replying to our text messages, you consent to receive conversational text messages from us at the phone number you used to contact us. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-out and help. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at 650-718-1919 or [email protected].
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Supporting sections (elsewhere in the policy)
Information we collect through calls and texts. When you contact us by phone or text, we collect your phone number, call records (date, time, missed-call status), the content of your text messages, conversation transcripts, and any information you choose to provide, such as your name, property address, service needs, photos, and scheduling availability.
